GL Hearn may send information to you related to the property in which you've enquired.

Once you purchase a property your details will be shared with our clients (owners of the development) who we are representing, their legal representative and their managing agents relating to the property.

How long will we keep your data

We will retain your data for the lifespan of the project. once the development has been fully sold we will delete your general enquiry data from our systems. However, if you purchase a property through us then your information will be retained for a duration of 10 years and thereafter the information will be removed.

We use Google Analytices and Google maps on our web site.  These services use a number of cookies in order for them to function correctly.  Google Anayltics allows us to review how visitors use our site - e.g. which are the most popular pages, how often people return etc.  This information helps us to make future changes to the site to provide a better service for visitors.  This data is anonymous so we cannot use it to specifically identify you and it does not give us access to your computer or any information about you, other than the information they choose to share with us.
